Our recruitment process
We'll begin the process with a 15-minute discovery call. This is just an informal chat to find out more about you and why you applied for the role. If we think you’ll be a good fit, then this will be followed by a mixture of virtual and face to face interviews.
For some roles, you might be asked to complete a technical piece, but you’ll be given plenty of time to prepare this before the interview.
